The first and most reason for lack of job is absence of skills only. Our education system simply provides theoretical knowledge about the lesson without any practical practice. Also, the students are only trained to complete their graduation on the first attempt of the exam. For that, the students are prepared to solve fixed and already solved errors. Likewise, they only memorize their subject. 

After their graduation, when they enter into the working culture, all the memorized theories are faded out from their mind. So they can remember nothing about their core subject after. When a company selects candidates based on some core knowledge, the students are failed to satisfy the required criteria for the organization. It has resulted in unemployment among students. 

Apart from that, there are a lot of reasons available for the unemployment problem. At present, living cost is higher than the basic salary of the average person. To survive in this highly competitive world, a basic salary is not enough for many people. So they often change their job to get the expected salary. But sometimes this career change also makes professionals to jobless.
